Nike just acquired a technology software platform. We were scratching our heads when we saw a footwear company buy a software company. Retail has changed. Nike first embraced Amazon, and now is full force executing on it’s coined “consumer direct offense strategy.” Love that name. Most merchants are focusing on acquiring new customers, but it’s easier to dip back into the wallet of the same customer with re-marketing efforts. What are you doing to get those customers to be 1x, 2x, 3x buyers. If you’re doing FBA, do you know your customer LTV? Skubana gives you every channel LTV.
